VINYASA (for most) - 75ish mins

A vinaysa practive with thoughtful and fluid sequences, standing, seated, and chest opening postures all supported by the breath to heat the body. We welcome all levels but please understand vinyasa requires weight bearing movements that might not be suitable everyone. Be sure to check the teacher’s bio as we all have our own approach in our pacing.

VINYASA II - 70 mins

A strong and steady vinyasa practice with a deeper look into the practice and asanas. Expect thoughtful and fluid sequences, standing, seated, chest opening, balancing and inverted postures all supported by the breath to heat the body.

RESTORE Y EXPAND- 75ish mins

A sweet and nourishing practice aimed at expanding the body with passive opening postures. Think restorative yoga laced with yin poses.

ADVANCED PRACTICE - 75ish mins

Inspired by the movement-based yoga practices of Ashtanga Vinyasa- these advanced yoga asana classes will motivate you to move your body with awareness, determination, and devotion. Join our experienced teachers to explore deeper variations of inversions, twists, forward bends and backbends.

PRIVATE YOGA

Practice will be thoughtfully guided based on practitioners energetic and physical states. From restorative to vigorous effort depending on needs. Practice can be focused around curiosities, injuries and goals. Perfect for individuals needing more one on one instruction or groups of friends or family wanting to decompress during their stay in Sayulita!
